The Florida Athletic Coaches Association District 13 football meeting for player and coach of the year for small schools was held last week, and here are the results that were voted on by the coaches in attendance. The following list includes All-District First and Second Team for small schools, overall player and coach of the year and classification players and coaches of the year.
